Your agreement with Dini

These terms are between you and Dini AI Inc. They apply to the Dini app and website. The Dini app is offered in Canada. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 19 or older and agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. Optional health connections and AI processing require their own choices.

These terms are available in English and French. Both versions have the same legal value.

Personal health intelligence, with clear limits

Dini helps you connect recorded health information through Health Story, Ask Dini and Doctor’s Note. It supports understanding and preparation; it is not a medical device, diagnostic service or substitute for a qualified clinician or pharmacist. AI explanations, product information, recall matches and food–medicine checks can be incomplete or wrong. Verify important information with its source. Do not change prescribed treatment based only on Dini.

Reminders depend on device permissions, operating-system limits and regular app use. They are not a guaranteed medication or emergency service. For an emergency, contact local emergency services.

Website previews and early access

Interactive product examples on this website are illustrative and do not analyze your health information. An early-access request is an expression of interest, not a purchase, guaranteed invitation or commitment to a launch date. Availability and features may change.

Submit only your own contact details and information you have the right to share. A recruitment submission does not guarantee an interview or employment. Do not include health records in early-access or recruitment forms.

Accounts and family profiles

Use accurate account information and keep your sign-in details secure. Max household profiles are managed by the account owner, not independent user accounts. Obtain permission or legal authority before adding another person. For a child, you must be their parent or legal guardian. Household profiles must not be used to collect a child’s medical records.

You retain your rights in your content. You give Dini the limited permission needed to store and process it to provide your chosen features. You are responsible for information you submit and for any sharing or exports you initiate.

Plans, billing and cancellation

The purchase screen shows the price, billing period, included features and any trial terms before you buy. Availability may vary by device, region and plan. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the store where you purchased them, subject to that store’s timing and rules.

To cancel an Apple subscription, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Dini and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Deleting Dini or your Dini account does not cancel billing. Refunds and purchase disputes follow the store’s policies and your applicable consumer rights. Restore Purchases can reconnect a qualifying purchase to your account.

Fair and lawful use

Do not misuse the service, access someone else’s account, bypass usage limits, upload content you have no right to share, or interfere with security. We may restrict abusive activity or suspend access where necessary to protect people and the service. Contact us if you believe a restriction is mistaken.

Availability and responsibility

We work to maintain the service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete information, accurate AI outputs or delivery of every notification. Keep independent records of important health information. Some encrypted records depend on keys held on your device.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Canadian consumer protections. Each party remains responsible as required by applicable law.

Changes, closing your account and contact

You can stop using Dini and request account deletion in Settings. We will explain material changes to these terms before they apply where required. Optional features may require a separate agreement or consent; a partner relationship never automatically grants access to your health records.
